The project involved a full strip out including partitioning, ceilings, floors and M&E services.

New installation works included decorations, carpets and M&E including ventilation, heating and air conditioning. The works were delivered over a 6 month duration. 

Fit out of new staff office space, including the creation of a new kitchen area.

Lecture space refurbishment including seat upholstery, decoration works and flooring overhaul and new tiles. The project brings the space up to modern standards and improving student learning.

Supply and installation a new CHP unit including all ancillary items to fully incorporate into the clients site. The works were completed to a strict deadline to ensure minimal disruption.

Steel work fabrication design and built to specification. Over the course of last year we have successfully designed, built and installed a large number of bespoke structural steel structures. These have utilised across various inhouse and client works to support capital projects.
